Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using Zentromind Psychiatry Group services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Telehealth services

Zentromind provides virtual psychiatric care through licensed providers. Our platform supports scheduling, secure visits, messaging, and related care workflows. Telehealth is not appropriate for every situation, including emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on this platform for emergency care.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when it changes.

Patients and providers must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable professional, licensing, and privacy requirements.

Payments and appointments

Fees, cancellation policies, and payment terms are shown during booking or in your account. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees where disclosed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentromind disclaims warranties not required by applicable law and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
